252 Spring Garden Street :  The Chipman Mansion

This building is the former Chipman Mansion. Koehler Kheel purchased this building in 2000 and refinished the entire interior, retaining original woodwork, period wallpaper and other architectural and design features. It is currently used as a commercial property.

July 2007 - Michael Perry Hair Salon has signed a lease at 252 Spring Garden St. and will be moving his downtown business to this location. The building will provide a setting of quiet elegance for a full-service spa to be called Sanctuary Hair Salon and Day Spa
by Michael Perry.
