The Eastonian Condominiums
Koehler-Kheel Realty oversaw the transformation of the former Hotel Easton into 30 luxury residential condominiums and six retail condominiums on the ground level. The building features a pool, fitness center and full-time concierge service, along with an environmentally friendly design. The building is slated for LEED-certification by the U.S. Green Building Council for its use of renewable and non-toxic materials and energy-efficient design.
Koehler-Kheel Realty managed the Eastonian Condominiums at 140 Northampton Street in Easton before the building transitioned to an extended-stay hotel.
